The Black Diamond No-Hole Speed Grips provide the palm protection you need for your most intense CrossFit workouts. Made from the same patented material as our Black Diamond 3-Hole Grips, they’re perfect for pull-ups, chest-to-bars, power cleans, deadlifts, snatches, gymnastics, and more.

These grips are extremely sticky and offer unmatched hold—designed specifically for cross-training. Made from high-quality synthetic material, they’re ideal for powder-coated bars and versatile enough for a wide range of gymnastics and weightlifting movements. Unlike most grips on the market, Black Diamond Grips don’t require chalk to stick to the bar and barely hold onto it, making them truly unique.

Now available in a no-hole version, the Black Diamond Grips come in sizes Small through Extra Large, and feature a reinforced neoprene wrist strap for enhanced comfort. Once again, Bear KompleX delivers a top-tier addition to its grip lineup.

To find your size, measure the distance from your wrist to the base of your fingers.

Small: Under 4.0" (less than 10.16 cm)
Medium: 4.0" - 4.5" (10.16 cm - 11.43 cm)
Large: 4.5" - 5.0" (11.43 cm - 12.70 cm)
Extra Large: Over 5.0" (more than 12.70 cm)

Note: If you prefer more of a fold or a "dowel" effect over the bar, the manufacturer recommends choosing one size up.
