Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At wod-supply, we stand behind the quality of our CrossFit gear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Free from damage not caused by defects
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Other Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges, change of mind, or other non-defect related returns.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Receive return instructions and shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Package items securely and ship via PostNL
  4. Track your return shipment

Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Exchange processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal protective equipment that has been used
  • Items specifically customized for you

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
  • No need to return the defective item unless requested
