Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship to:

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Netherlands: FREE shipping on orders €35 and above
Belgium & Germany: FREE shipping on orders €40 and above
Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur standard shipping charges.

All orders are shipped via PostNL for reliable and trackable delivery of your CrossFit gear.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times after processing:
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2-4 business days
International Shipping
We ship within the European Union. No additional customs duties or taxes apply for EU destinations.
Return Shipping
Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs for any defective or damaged products.
Other Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, size changes, or other non-defect related returns.
